When you decide to participate, we’ll send you (at no cost to your school) art paper, teaching resources and parent order forms. Plus... we pay all your postage costs if your order is valued over $70.
Because parents pre-order and pay for their child’s own products before you send us the art there’s no risk or waste. And, because we give a money-back guarantee to the parents there’s no risk for them either. You keep the parents money aside until your payment is due which is 30 days after you receive your finished order.

Teachers can in fact include this fundraiser as part of their art program. And because we give you interesting Lesson Plans, life in the classroom becomes more enjoyable for teachers and children alike.
- As you may have noticed, laminating children's art directly, can cause creasing and melting, and ultimately disappointment. To prevent this, we colour laser copy every piece of art, and return the originals. This is a more expensive and time consuming process, but the results are well worth the extra effort.
- No chasing parents for money, as you send us only the art that's already been paid for.
- Every child enrolled in the School or Kindergarten can participate whether they buy a product, or not. You send us only the art that has been paid for and we return the original art.
- Parents can order as many products as they want from a single piece of their child's art.
- Good profitability - $4.50 to $6.50 per product if you use our recommended prices. You may however set your price higher or lower depending on what you think your parents can afford.
- Because they are easy to post and practical they make great overseas Christmas gifts.
- On the calendar we can put your school name, address, telephone number or any other information you would like.
We have provided a facility for you to directly upload (send) us your photo files. The web form will ask a series of questions which will ensure the photo is matched to your child's order. Please make sure you have your photo file ready, follow the directions provided and answer every question.
